If you have a rich dead aunt. . .

So those of us making $100/week may not exactly have the funds for a project like this (or even a bedroom with enough space for a bed) but just in case you have a random inheritance, think about spending it on real estate. A savvy investment now could equal a fortune tomorrow (according to my bro the econ major)! NYT reports:
Ms. Oliver, though, was in an enviable position. A decade ago, she inherited $100,000 from an aunt who died young — but she couldn't spend it before she turned 31 unless she did so on school or real estate.
